About The Position

Our Shop Utility and Driver position’s primary responsibilities are to support the heavy-duty repair shop with parts management, inventory, parts pick-ups and deliveries, and housekeeping. No nights or weekends, competitive hourly pay, drug-free workplace, and safe working conditions.

Requirements

Ability to lift and manipulate materials alone up to 50 lbs, greater with team assistance
Ability and willingness to operate or learn to operate a sit-down style forklift
Ability to read and interpret orders and packing lists
Proactive, self-motivated, and energetic
Dependable and punctual
Effective Time Management
Valid Driver’s License with Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Report as Required by TSI Insurance (Required)
United States Work Authorization (Required)

Responsibilities

Participate in and support a safety-first culture.
Support of heavy-duty truck repair shop parts management, inventory, and general operations
Parts inventory management including:
Stock order receiving and put away
Daily cycle counts
Maintain inventory areas
Pulling and staging parts for customer pick up and technicians
General facility housekeeping and cleaning (interior and exterior)
Drive a company owned half-ton pick up truck (F-150 or similar) for pick up and delivery of truck parts to and from suppliers and customers
Assist with light maintenance for company vehicles
