WHAT YOU’LL DO: You will ensure the line maintains a high production level while seeking new ways to improve current processes while enhancing production quality. You will perform in four areas of the manufacturing center where you will need to understand curtainwall processes, procedures, read shop drawings, blueprints and applicable manuals. You will be required to adhere to job/project specific quality procedures provided at the beginning of each job. In addition, you will serve as a leader amongst the team by sharing knowledge and best practices on how to complete task.

Requirements

  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 2-3 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to a safe & enjoyable work environment
  • Able to work collaboratively with a team
  • Must be able to walk, bend, twist, squat and climb on an occasional basis
  • Must be able to push, pull, and lift between 30 and 60 pounds
  • Effectively manage time to meet production schedules

Nice To Haves

  • Curtain wall industry experience highly preferred
