Major Tasks and Responsibilities: Follow standard operating procedures to assemble components. Work in a team-based environment. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to build components. Adhere to quality standards and inform leadership of any quality issues. Inspect finished product to ensure they are assembled accurately. Assist training new team members to help minimize the learning curve. Identify opportunities for process improvement to drive increased efficiency. Keep workplace clean and free from hazards. Performs other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Enjoy working with hands and possess good manual dexterity skills. Strong attention to detail. Willing to perform repetitive tasks while standing for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Must be able to bend, twist, and reach to perform role. Ability to use various work with hand tools. Must be able to report work between the hours of 6am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
