About The Position

MetalQuest Unlimited in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking candidates for a Shop Support role to serve as our ambassador for shop organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping production moving by ensuring our CNC operators have the tools, materials, and support they need, while maintaining the overall cleanliness of the shop. Requirements

• Due to ITAR compliance requirements, all employees at this location must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player who works well with others

Nice To Haves

• CNC Knowledge is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with general shop upkeep as needed
• Support the production of advanced CNC machines
• Transfer and package parts and materials as required
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized facility
• Gain hands-on experience across multiple departments
