About The Position

The Shop Support Associate plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized service department. This position supports daily shop operations by ensuring cleanliness, assisting technicians with tools and equipment, and helping the shop run efficiently. The Shop Support Associate works closely with shop staff and contributes to a productive, safety-focused work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and stay organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Dependable, responsible team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and background checks

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning to maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Assist shop employees with requests for tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the tool room
• Clean shop areas and maintain used oil containers
• Crush and properly contain used oil filters
• Pressure wash exterior bay and shop areas as needed
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
