Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 3–4 years of related experience, including supervisory experience
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Mechanical service knowledge and leadership ability
Responsibilities
- Lead and support service technicians
- Schedule and oversee daily service operations
- Partner with Service Coordinators, Service Manager, and HR
- Ensure accurate estimates, work orders, and customer communication
- Promote safety, quality, and professionalism
- Act as interim Service Manager as needed
