About The Position

We’re looking for a Shop Supervisor to lead daily fabrication and assembly operations, develop a strong team, and ensure we deliver high-quality products on time. This role blends leadership, process improvement, safety ownership, and technical expertise. You’ll oversee a small but mighty team while driving efficiency, accountability, and craftsmanship. This position plays a critical role in delivering quality products safely and on schedule. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of manufacturing experience
  • Strong sheet metal fabrication skills (required)
  • Ability to read blueprints, rough sketches, and customer samples
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize based on business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and follow-through
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Press brake and CNC laser experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of 3–5 shop employees
  • Oversee daily fabrication and assembly operations
  • Assign and prioritize work to meet production and shipping deadlines
  • Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment use
  • Maintain shop organization, inventory, and equipment calibration
  • Perform quality control on fabricated and machined parts
  • Communicate project updates with Project Management and Engineering
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
