THE BASICS Pay : $75,000–$120,000 per year (plus potential for billable hours and bonuses!) YOUR DAY AS A SHOP SUPERVISOR When you join our auto dealership as a Shop Supervisor, your day starts early, getting vehicles dispatched efficiently and leading the shop's production. You're the go-to problem solver, balancing diagnostics, managing workflow, and keeping the shop organized so everything runs smoothly. Throughout the day, you're communicating with your team and customers, building trust, boosting morale, and ensuring every job is done right. Requirements

• 5+ years of technician experience
• Previous management or leadership experience
• A valid driver's license
• Must have the ability to pass a background check.
