About The Position
CR&R is seeking a Truck Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily shop operations and ensure our fleet of refuse and heavy-duty trucks is maintained safely, efficiently, and ready for service. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and supporting reliable operations across our service areas.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of heavy-duty truck maintenance experience
- Supervisory or lead experience in a shop environment
- Knowledge of CNG, brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Refuse industry experience and bilingual Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise shop personnel and assign daily work
- Ensure timely, high-quality repairs and preventive maintenance
- Manage work orders, documentation, and parts inventory
- Enforce safety standards and shop procedures
- Coordinate with operations to reduce equipment downtime
