About The Position

Position Details: Schedule required service appointments File and process returns and warranty claims Ensure all equipment and tools are working properly Ensure cleanliness of the Shop, inside and out Ensure all employees are trained properly and follow procedures set forth Provide coaching to employees so they are aware of areas for improvement Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed Evaluate and document any return job problems and be able to remedy the problem and communicate this to upper management Ensure invoices are turned in daily Keep orderly records

Requirements

• Experience repairing and maintaining trucks/trailers and heavy equipment, diagnosing abilities
• Exhibit teamwork skills
• Good organizational skills
• Have an understanding of safe job practices
• Valid driver's license
• Must maintain flexibility in schedule during the busy season
