Shop Service Technician
About The Position
ICM Solutions is seeking a skilled Shop Service Technician to join our team in Murray, UT. This role is responsible for welding and fabricating a variety of metals from sheet to heavy plate. The Shop Service Technician will be required to read and interpret build prints, follow build instruction, and exceed the estimated weld times. Working knowledge of crusher mechanics, track plants, jaws, cones, bore welding, and machining is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will work with a safety-first mindset in all tasks and consistently utilize our safety systems including TRACK and Tyfoom. ICM Solutions strives for a zero-accident workplace and safe guidelines are required on all job sites.
Requirements
- Heavy construction and/or mining equipment experience
Nice To Haves
- Some experience with Metso crushing, screening and conveying is highly preferred
Responsibilities

- Interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
- Work along manager and team leader to solve problems and provide solutions.

- Ability to work from instruction and job routings.
- Able to perform work in desired time requirements for each task and job.
- Experience utilizing FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, and Carbon arc gouging processes.
- Experience fitting weldments per designed prints.
