Shop Mechanic - Smithfield, PA
About The Position
The Shop Mechanic will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for the repair and maintenance of the Fracturing equipment (including trucks, Frac pumps, blenders, and hydration units) using hand and/or power tools and following oral and written work orders. Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License, Class A CDL preferred
- Satisfactory Driving Record for last 3 years
- 2+ years diesel/hydraulic maintenance
Nice To Haves
- Diesel mechanic education/certification preferred
- Previous industry related experience preferred
- Previous experience as an operator coiled tubing, rig, oilfield, oil & gas, Oil and gas, energy, energy services, driving tractor trailers, well services, heavy equipment experience, heavy duty mechanic, diesel technician is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Frac Equipment
- Regularly perform Preventive Maintenance
- Troubleshoot malfunctions on all equipment
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies & Procedures
