What you’ll be doing: Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team daily Creating a positive, high-performing shop culture Supporting training and elevating service quality Driving results and owning shop performance Managing scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience (beauty, retail, hospitality preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with scheduling systems, POS, and reporting tools
  • Flexible availability, including a mix of opening and closing shifts, weekends, and peak times
  • Ability to be on your feet and lift up to 15 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Own shop performance—driving sales while managing expenses
  • Monitor KPIs (average ticket, retention, retail per service, labor %) and identify opportunities for growth
  • Report on weekly performance with insights and action plans
  • Oversee inventory management, accuracy, and loss prevention
  • Partner with leadership to recruit and hire top talent
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development with Regional leadership
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed
  • Build a strong bench through mentorship and cross-training
  • Partner with Hiring Manager on stylist training and development
  • Lead team meetings and 1:1s to drive engagement and accountability
  • Handle team member relations and client concerns with professionalism
  • Oversee all shop operations including marketing, staffing, maintenance, and training
  • Drive membership growth, retention, and overall client experience
  • Manage Booker and team scheduling
