About The Position
We are seeking a motivated shop hand/ cleaner to join Illinois Electric Works! This position will support our shop and technicians while allowing you to gain knowledge of shop equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a machine shop.
- HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math (addition, subtraction, measurement) skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cleaning component and the facility.
- Assist with routine maintenance under supervision.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
