Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee steel fabrication workflow
• Utilize established procedures and lean manufacturing concepts
• Coordinate work in progress with Project Managers, Quality Control, and upper management
• Serve as the liaison between employees and the Director of Operations
• Ensure teams have the tools, materials, and information needed to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized shop environment
• Provide employee feedback, communicate staffing needs, and report training requirements
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes
• Plan ahead, solve problems, and support efficient project scheduling
