About The Position

We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Shop Foreman to help guide daily shop operations in Morgantown, WV. This role supports the team by coordinating workflow, promoting safe work practices, and ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the shop. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys leading by example in a fast paced environment and contributes to a clean, organized, and productive workspace.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years related experience; 5 years preferred
• Strong leadership ability with a hands on approach
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and documentation
• Effective communication skills and a team oriented mindset
• Ability to motivate and guide others
• Understanding of HSE requirements
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and assist team members with job priorities
• Review production needs and help adjust schedules as necessary
• Promote a safe environment and encourage safe work habits
• Assist with monitoring budgets and managing a busy workload
• Help ensure production goals and quality standards are met
• Coordinate the flow of work through the shop to maintain efficiency
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements
• Support team communication and maintain a clean, organized shop
• Perform other duties as assigned
