About The Position

Land Rover Mission Viejo, now part of Lithia & Driveway , is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our service department to the next level. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on professional who understands dealership processes, leads by example, and knows how to develop top-performing technicians. What You’ll Do: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technicians through coaching, training, and accountability Ensure shop productivity, quality, and efficiency meet or exceed dealership standards Oversee repair quality, diagnostics, and workflow to support customer satisfaction Enforce and improve service processes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines Act as a technical resource and problem-solver for complex repairs Collaborate with Service Advisors and Management to drive performance and profitability

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a dealership service environment
Strong understanding of dealership service processes and workflow
Prior technician experience required
High line / luxury brand experience required
Ability to motivate, train, and retain top technician talent
Professional, accountable, and results-driven mindset
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
