Requirements

Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar supervisory role in an automotive service environment.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety standards.
