About The Position

Primary Responsibilities
Supervise daily shop activities, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with field operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule work orders.
Oversee assembly, inspection, and repair of solids control equipment (centrifuges, shakers, pumps, etc.).
Ensure all materials, tools, and parts are available to meet production and delivery goals.
Train, coach, and develop shop technicians to improve performance and skillsets.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure adherence to all NOV company policies, safety standards, and HSE procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Support equipment mobilization and demobilization as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
