About The Position
American Road Group is seeking a Shop Driver at Orlando Harley-Davidson! Summary Aid Sales and Service with delivery and pick up of customer motorcycles. Major Duties and Responsibilities Safely load and unload motorcycles for delivery. Drive motorcycles safely to and/or from their destinations. Clean and detail new and pre-owned units when not delivering motorcycles. Maintain cleanliness of shop vehicle. Assist service department and Shop Porter/Helper when there are no deliveries All other duties as assigned. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, sit, stand, push and pull. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Requires use of both hands. Requires the ability to balance and push a 600+ lb. motorcycle. Frequently works near moving mechanical parts. Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other materials in shop. Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes and other airborne particles.
Requirements
- Requires a clean driving record and a motorcycle license.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
- Excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ability to handle requests quickly and courteously.
- Follow directions thoroughly and efficiently.
