In this role, you will partner in the execution of business plans for manufacturing operations and will be responsible in providing support to help those operations achieve BPD plans and important metric objectives. Work is of a high-level, technical nature using independent judgment within the limits of GMS and standardized launch processes - focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). You will need to possess the ability to deal with complex problems. You may also mentor less experienced team members. Expertise: Recognized pre-eminent technical expert. Has extensive theoretical and practical knowledge on leading-edge or complex technologies, disciplines, theories, techniques and /or concepts. Responsible for end-to-end process. Applies wealth of professional knowledge to generate and implement new ideas, concepts and practices and provides resolution to critical issues. Has broad latitude in decisions and actions in a complex environment, and their recommendations are expected and strongly considered by senior leadership.
