About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) are looking for Shipside Operations Specialists to support the ESRC 7.36 Wire Shop LSCC SOS team onsite in Everett, Washington. As a Shipside Operations Specialist, you will collaborate cross-functionally to identify, investigate, and develop countermeasures to drive improvement projects in production.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
• 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations research
• 3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
• Provides limited feedback on assessment results
• Support the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
• Works under general supervision
