About The Position

Responsible for performing basic shipping tasks in a manufacturing facility Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares and packages products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Operates basic shipping equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and wrapping machines. Maintains accurate records of shipped goods in the inventory management system. Assists in loading trucks and containers. Ensures the cleanliness and organization of the shipping area. Follows all safety protocols and guidelines. Nails and staples guns to the operational equipment bullet. Responds to emails when necessary. Education and Experience Requirements: Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Forklift, Manlift, and Tractor certification may be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry. Good communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills. Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment. Essential Mental Functions: · Communicates effectively in written and spoken form. · Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills. · Exhibits good decision making and analytical problem solving abilities. · Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills. · Works effectively in a team environment. · Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. Essential Physical Functions: · Lift up to 50lbs. · Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours. · Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure. Requirements
