Shipping Warehouse Worker - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking quality candidates for shipping warehouse positions, specifically Material Handlers for their Night Shift. These warehouse roles require attention to detail, quality, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and in team settings. The Night Shift operates four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with overtime as needed. The starting pay is $24.20 per hour, which includes a 3% shift premium, with an increase after one year of employment. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
Requirements
- 0 - 2 years of experience in a light industrial, manufacturing and/or warehousing environment
- Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, squat, lift and additional movement as required by specific jobs
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and /or independently
- Must be minimum of 18 years of age to be considered
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
