About The Position

Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking quality candidates for shipping warehouse positions, specifically Material Handlers for the Night Shift. The role requires attention to detail and quality, as well as working efficiently in team settings and/or independently within a warehousing environment. Employees are expected to contribute to building and delivering purpose-built products.

Requirements

• 0 - 2 years of experience in a light industrial, manufacturing and/or warehousing environment
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, squat, lift and additional movement as required by specific jobs
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and /or independently
• Must be minimum of 18 years of age to be considered
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
