As a Shipping Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate, on-time shipments of finished goods and raw materials to our customers while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This position is key to supporting our plant operations and logistics excellence, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; additional education in Business or related fields preferred
  • Min. 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain operations
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and international shipping standards
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools; familiarity with Power BI, VEEVA, and INTELEX is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Required certifications: DOT, IMDG, IATA

Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse and shipping activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products and raw materials.
  • Ensure accuracy of orders during delivery creation and shipment execution to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain inspection readiness and compliance for assigned areas.
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure accurate inventory of finished goods and raw materials.
  • Monitor and manage certifications and renewals (DOT, IMDG, IATA).
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to warehouse staff.
  • Control team spending versus budget.
