About The Position

Europa Village is a one-of-a-kind Wine Country destination offering an Old World European experience where service is gracious and unlimited. Everything viewed, touched and crafted will reflect an unsurpassed level of authenticity that speaks to our theme. We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Room, a delicious menu at Bolero Restaurante, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway. Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Assistant Tasting Room Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Must posses strong leadership and coaching skills as well as excellent customer service skills.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Possess and live Europa Village core values.
Ability to drive a sit-down forklift and other work vehicles such as golf-carts and company truck.
Moves materials to designated areas.
Maintains clean work area.
Ability to build pallets according to work orders.
Stacks pallets of wine and other materials in a safe manner.
Ensures the safe and efficient movement of goods.
Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.
Shrink wraps cases of wine and other items to secure them for transport.
Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
Assists with monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.
Other duties as assigned.
