Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with the ambition to further education
• Capably manage required administrative tasks
• Verify work for accuracy, minimizing the need for rework
• Follow all work instructions, procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Be internally motivated and work well independently
• Solve problems proactively or collaborate to find effective solutions
• Ability to exert up to 100 lbs of force occasionally and up to 50 lbs frequently

Nice To Haves

• Previous material handling experience preferred, including use of RF scanners
• Ability to obtain a hi-lo picker license

Responsibilities

• Process work orders by picking products using physical and ERP system pick lists
• Package products according to established methods and standards
• Stage and load shipments using appropriate equipment
• Sort and verify items by product number and quantity
• Label products accurately, including serial and lot tags
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Research and resolve discrepancies or errors thoroughly
• Process orders efficiently within the ERP system
• Complete picking tasks safely, accurately, and on time
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Cross-train across Shipping and Receiving functions
