About The Position

Chief Fabrication is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join the Chief team. This position will oversee and coordinate the daily shipping operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of shipping or logistics experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation and carrier systems.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
High School diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the shipping team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly shipping targets.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of outbound shipments.
Monitor and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists and shipping labels.
Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and resolve delivery issues.
