Requirements

• 5+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and packaging of custom metal parts.
• Strong computer skills (ERP/MRP experience preferred).
• Forklift certification.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills to juggle multiple shipments without missing a beat.
• A problem-solving mindset and a steady hand under pressure.
• The drive to coach, motivate, and grow your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of drivers, clerks, and warehouse staff.
• Oversee all shipping and receiving activities — from pulling orders to packaging custom parts for domestic and international delivery.
• Partner with production and quality teams to ensure finished goods are verified and meet our high standards before they ship.
• Read blueprints and part numbers to guarantee accuracy in every order.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and shipping supplies.
• Solve freight and scheduling challenges with creativity and urgency.
• Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficient — while meeting tight deadlines.
