Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of experience as a forklift operator and/or truck driver
• 1 or more years shipping experience

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in the corrugated box industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck driver schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Supervise forklift operators to maintain top tier customer satisfaction.
• Participate in daily scheduling meetings and collaborate across departments.
• Implement corrective actions and ensure seamless shift transitions.
