About The Position

We’re Hiring: Shipping Specialist

We’re looking for a Shipping Specialist to join our Operations team and play a key role in ensuring our products are shipped accurately, efficiently, and on time. If you enjoy staying active throughout the day and working with a collaborative team, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Data entry and basic computer experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard software tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process daily shipments to meet customer deadlines
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and freight
• Pack, label, and schedule pickups for outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reporting
• Assemble kits and support light warehouse builds as needed
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure
• Assist with backorders and ensure timely fulfillment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
