About The Position

Responsible for shipping of VMRD's kits and related products to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. This position also requires excellent communication, organization, interpersonal skills, and adaptability as well as the ability to follow company operating procedures, multi-task, and work collaboratively with other business units to serve customers.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP and/or accounting systems
• Previous shipping and receiving experience
• 2+ years customer service/support
• Experience in biosciences field preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and package product for shipment
• Prepare customs forms and other documents for international shipments
• Manage inventory in ERP system and assist with stock inquires
• Manage packaging material stocking levels and reorder supplies as needed
• Fulfill product orders
• Maintain shipping records
• Manage inventory of finished goods; perform cycle counts
• Deliver products to local customers
• Manage vendor relations
• Manage organization, rotation, and condensation of stock
• Arrange and track shipments for marketing and tradeshows
• Perform receiving of all incoming materials
• Manage incoming materials in ERP system and stock in proper warehouse locations
• Warehouse management
• Follow all policies, protocols, and SOPs
• Other duties as assigned
