Join our warehouse team and help ensure timely, accurate shipments that support the success of healthcare professionals nationwide. We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our warehouse team. You’ll be responsible for pulling, packing, and preparing products for shipment, coordinating pickups, maintaining inventory, and contributing to a safe, clean, and organized shipping environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with quality control (e.g., taking photos of damages/discrepancies)
• Reliable, adaptable, and safety-focused

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and ship products to customers and internal teams
• Schedule freight and courier pickups/deliveries
• Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve order discrepancies
• Maintain a proactive approach to safety and quality standards
• Order warehouse and shipping supplies
• Put away products in finished goods locations
• Participate in inventory evaluations and cycle counts
• Support additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager
