About The Position

The Shipping/Receiving role at Dynatect Manufacturing Inc. is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of inventory records, coordinating logistics, and supporting the overall supply chain operations to meet customer satisfaction and company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring all items are accounted for and meet company standards.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring that all products are securely and correctly packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities, including updating inventory management systems and generating reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and support for order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations related to shipping and receiving activities.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve shipping and receiving processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
