All about the role: The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations by driving efficient material flow, strong cross‑functional teamwork, accurate inventory management, and a continuous‑improvement mindset that strengthens overall performance. Where you’ll be: This position will be based in Kinston FDC.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and experience using WMS and Transportation Management Systems for load planning, routing and optimization of outbound shipments for with service and cost as key factors.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge using Workday.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Warehouse Team when it comes to daily goals for inbound and outbound flow.
• Interact with other departments such as Quality, EHS, Customer Advocates to make sure that Warehouse processes are in line with SQCDP expectations.
• Interact with 3PL Team to assure equipment availability.
• Interact with drivers when it comes to shipment documentation.
• Timely update WMS system and execute inventory cycle counts.
• Update KPI’s dashboard / perform root cause analysis and define improvement actions.
