Hanline Frozen Foods: Founded in 2020 in Romulus, Michigan, we are a growing, premium supplier of All-Natural, IQF, and Ready-to-Eat ingredients serving leading food service, retail, manufacturing, and distribution companies across the United States. We are seeking a dependable and experienced Shipping & Receiving Line Lead Associate to support and lead daily warehouse operations. Posting Date: 03/31/2026
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Prior forklift experience required
- Comfortable working full shifts in a freezer environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage
- Proven ability to lead by example and support team productivity
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the freezer and dock areas
- Assist with break and lunch coverage to support continuous operations
- Train and support new forklift operators
- Stage product for the tank room and assist with tank loading as needed
- Support production operations during staffing shortages
- Communicate effectively and coordinate daily priorities with the supervisor
