About The Position

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment; hot when weather is hot and cold when weather is cold. Greasy, dirty and noisy environment. Work involves lifting, pulling and/or pushing of materials and product up to 50 pounds. Standing and walking considerable distances. Operation requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Basic Arithmetic skills in order to learn the measurements requirements.
• Visibility of work requires attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Employee must be able to work with a flexible or rotating schedule which may require over-time when needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for conformity to company, API, and customer standards or specifications.
• Mark products for identification.
• Fill out the Daily Shipping and Receiving Inspection Report.
• Follow all instructions as delegated by the Quality System.
• Current knowledge and understanding of all relevant SOP’s.
• Employee must follow all PPE policies and safety rules.
