About The Position

REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. As the new Shipping & Receiving Associate for Real Alloy Recycling in Loudon, TN, you will make a valuable contribution to our team. Your experience with mobile equipment, plant operations, and safe work habits will be essential to your success in this role. 2nd shift 3pm-11pm Sunday through Thursday $26.68 per hour We offer great benefits, supportive training, and an opportunity to grow in your Shipping and Receiving career. Requirements

  • Been Forklift Certified
  • Packaging Experience
  • High School / GED
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Responsibilities

  • Review shipment schedules to prepare for the day.
  • Communicate with drivers and staff regarding safety and shipments.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments with required documentation.
  • Update computer systems to reflect daily product flow.
