Your responsibilities include:
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the C CMD leve l
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience with a BS /BA degree or 4 years’ experience with a MS/MA or 2 years’ experience with a PhD . or 10 years' experience w/o a degree or 8 years' experience with AS/AA degree
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is
Responsibilities
- Serves as a lead technical expert in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex shipping and receiving strategies for C2ISR materials and systems across global operational environments.
- Leads the development and enforcement of advanced packaging, labeling, and handling standards for sensitive and specialized C2ISR equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance and asset protection.
- Manages and audits the end-to-end accuracy of inventory management processes, implementing advanced reconciliation techniques and system improvements to maintain impeccable data integrity.
- Negotiates and manages relationships with key logistics partners, evaluating performance, resolving high-level service issues, and optimizing freight costs and transit times.
- Develops and analyzes performance metrics for shipping and receiving operations, identifying systemic bottlenecks, and proposing strategic improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce logistical risks.
- Provides training and guidance to junior staff on complex shipping regulations, hazardous material handling, and advanced inventory procedures.
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple high-impact logistics assignments, contributing to the strategic evolution of the C2ISR supply chain.
- Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Task Order portal; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
- Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: Microsoft Word; Excel; SharePoint; Confluence; ServiceNow; Jira; inventory tracking systems; RSPL management tools.
