Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is a plus.
• Automotive parts knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to drive a forklift (we will train and certify) (Certification not required)

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately log and document inventory into the dealership’s system.
• Maintain organized storage of parts, ensuring quick and efficient retrieval.
• Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders promptly and in line with dealership standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill parts requests.
• Uphold dealership and manufacturer standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
