If you enjoy keeping operations moving and take pride in accuracy and teamwork, we want you to join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk II plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse and production operations by ensuring materials and finished goods are received, processed, staged, and shipped accurately and on time. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and collaboration with production and warehouse teams to meet operational goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of shipping and receiving experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately sort, count, and verify materials
  • Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory procedures
  • Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification or experience required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory management systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under the direction of a manager or lead

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Epicor ERP is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound shipments by unloading trucks and visually inspecting packages for damage
  • Verify received materials against packing lists and purchase orders to confirm correct parts and quantities
  • Count or weigh parts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Label packages correctly using company transit labels
  • Transport materials and products to designated locations using manual and powered material-handling equipment
  • Load trucks and vans using a forklift
  • Work closely with other shipping team members to ensure timely outbound shipments
  • Accurately complete and process all shipping and receiving paperwork, including staging documentation
  • Follow Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and quality procedures as outlined in the Quality Manual
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support production goals by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly shipping and receiving targets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
