McGrath Powersports is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our parts department in Cedar Rapids. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments accurately
• Check in parts against packing slips and shipping documents
• Organize and stock inventory in designated locations
• Process warranty returns and handle parts scrapping procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management
• Support the parts team and other departments as needed
