About The Position

This role offers a range of $20 to $24 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations. We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for:

Requirements

Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Have 2 years of related experience
Have prior leadership skills
Have excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
Be able to operate a forklift, cherry picker and turret
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
Be able to bend, push or pull when required

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience
Previous hazardous materials training
SAP knowledge

Responsibilities

Maintaining accuracy of inventory and cycle counting
Assigning materials/items to designated areas and placing them on racks, shelves, or in bins
Marking materials with identifying information
Assembling internal and external customers’ orders from stock and placing orders on pallets
Preparing items for shipment
Using SAP for maintaining records and printing labels
Monitoring and creating deliveries and shipping schedules
Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and scheduling carriers for pick-ups
Performing additional duties as required
