About The Position

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk receives, stores, and distributes material, equipment, and products to departments internally as required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age, or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• Microsoft Office Products knowledge including Excel, Outlook. Using basic functions such as: Creating and updating spreadsheets, scheduling meetings in outlook, basic email communications.
• Previous Fork lift/hand truck experience operating such equipment daily as part of normal job responsibilities.
• Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
• Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift/Hand Truck Certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply positive communication and interpersonal skills with guests, (internal and external) at all times.
• Convey material from receiving to storage or other designated areas, placing materials in designated holding areas selected by each department’s management.
• Fill requisitions or requests for material.
• Maintain accurate documentation of received and delivered items.
• Maintain excellent grooming and personal conduct according to Soboba Casino Standards.
• Must be physically present to work a regular, reliable, and predictable work schedule in accordance with business demands, and maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities, tasks, or duties as requested.
