Our Shipping and Receiving Clerks are an essential part of our Warehouse team, ensuring that client orders are shipped accurately, incoming packages are verified, and inventory is kept up to date. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1–2 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (basic English required)
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and stay organized
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player who can also work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Receive goods and verify counts/quality; report discrepancies promptly
- Verify and record all items loaded for shipment
- Maintain accurate shipping records, including returns and dunnage
- Verify packaged items before shipping to customers
- Update shipment data for order accuracy and billing purposes
- Prepare bills of lading and shipping tickets
- Load and unload trucks using hand trucks, and carts
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
