Grizzly Shipping Order Picker

About The Position

A Shipping Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and staging coolers based on sales orders. This position also supports inventory flow by transporting assembled coolers from the production line into warehouse storage, restocking products for Grizzly Line and Grizzly Shipping, and using handheld devices to update system records.

Requirements

Ability to read and follow daily sales orders.
Knowledge of safe warehouse practices and equipment use.
Familiarity with inventory systems and handheld scanning devices.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory updates.
Ability to operate or willingness to be trained/certified on a scissor lift and pallet jack.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not required
Experience with power equipment (, pallet jack) helpful
Experience with handheld inventory devices preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive daily sales orders and determine cooler requirements for each order.
Safely operate a order picker forklife to access and transport coolers from warehouse storage.
Accurately pick and stage coolers based on sales orders.
Verify item numbers, sizes, and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
Transport assembled coolers from the production line into warehouse inventory.
Address system discrepancies if products are not correctly entered in inventory.
Support Grizzly Line and Grizzly Shipping by restocking products as needed.
Use handheld device to track restocking and update system records.
Organize and stage completed orders in the designated shipping area.
Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Maintain safe work practices and follow all equipment operation procedures.
Assist with other shipping/warehouse duties as assigned.
