About The Position

Nassau Candy is hiring a Shipping Manager to lead outbound operations in a high-volume pick/pack distribution environment. This is a hands-on floor leadership role responsible for supervising 20–25 warehouse associates and driving daily execution, accuracy, and on-time shipment performance. This role is best suited for a warehouse leader who prefers constant floor presence, real-time problem solving, and holding teams accountable to clear standards. This is not a working supervisor role — you will lead, direct, and enforce execution rather than perform picking or packing. While food distribution experience is preferred, candidates from other high-volume distribution environments with strong outbound leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
