We sit at the intersection of clinical cardiology, hardware, software, and data, building products that turn complex cardiac signals into clear, actionable insights. We're growing fast! Because of this, we are expanding our Logistics team! Position Overview This role seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of diagnostic monitors to patients and clients. This position requires a strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes, as well as interacting with patients and their families by phone. This is a new position in a company where current team members have worked for over ten years each. This is a salaried on-site position, located in Rockville, MD. Work hours are typically 9-6, with some days requiring 9am-7pm.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record to pick up returned mail from local post office.

Responsibilities

Manage shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all packages are accurately processed.
Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics operations and improve workflow efficiency.
Interact with clinical, customer service and remote sales staff to assure delivery of product in a timely manner.
