About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking a Lift Truck Operator (L.T.O./Palletizer) to join our Shipping team. Pick up production lines Supply float boards and rubber bands to palletizing mezzanine Maintain accurate information in WMS Load and unload trailers Communicate effectively with team members and primary customers Fill in on palletizing mezzanine as needed Cross-training in other areas Perform a variety of lift truck assignments to support shipping operation Clean and perform all other duties as needed

Requirements

• Overall good work record (which includes attendance, safety, job performance, flexibility, and team behaviors)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a cohesive team environment
• Ability to work with computers (data entry)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Demonstrated ability to promote continuous process improvement and LEAN principles
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Lift Truck Operator License (L.T.O.)
• DMV Record must be obtained by the Safety Department
• Lift Truck vision screen must be completed by Employee Health Services and must meet Lift Truck standards

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and experience working with OPM11i and (WMS) Warehouse Management System
• Current or previous lift truck operator experience
• Previous shipping experience
